Victoria Eliasdóttir, who previously ran the restaurant "dóttir" in the same location, together with Elena Müller as Chef de Cuisine and Alexander Brauer as F&B Director, is responsible for all culinary operations at Château Royal. "Defining our kitchen is the natural response to what is in season and ethical. We strive to create depth and flavour with what is there."
Our Hotel Bar is open daily for coffee, snacks and all day dining
and boasts a fantastic selection of spirits, house cocktails and classics.
