The restaurant at Château Royal is a culinary extension of the hotel: quality-focused and relaxed, indulgent and unpretentious. It offers an open-minded, modern, Mediterranean cuisine with a menu that knows nothing but favourite dishes. Here, guests can celebrate with a genuine sense of connection and enjoy the casual yet cosmopolitan atmosphere.

We invite you to join us seven days a week in our charming Restaurant Château Royal! Whether it’s for a quick business lunch, our Sunday brunch, or a relaxed dinner, our elegant, art-filled dining rooms provide the perfect setting for any occasion.

Breakfast from 7:00-10:00
Lunch from 12:00–14:30
Dinner from 18:00–22:00
Sunday Brunch from 10:00-14:00

For the perfect pairing, our extensive wine list ranges from modern, natural, and edgy to the very core of classic European wine production. A particular focus on small production Burgundy is augmented by a concise but comprehensive offering of German wines, and a closely curated selection of regional European gems.

You are invited to indulge in a menu that celebrates the elegance of classic cocktails, reimagined with our own personal touch.

In our stellar cocktail program we are using the finest spirits, with a dedication to seasonal and homemade ingredients, ensuring every drink is a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.

For our signature cocktail “Negroni Sous Vide” we utilize the sous vide cooking technique. Amalfi lemon and Sicilian blood orange peel are prepared at 62 degrees to extract the essential oils and to harmonize the flavours.

We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday to Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, in good weather.
